新城疫热稳定性天然弱毒株B95免疫学特性的研究

摘　　要：采免疫鸡口腔、泄殖腔分泌物接种鸡胚,测尿囊液中病毒凝集价表明,免疫后2～11天口腔、泄殖腔分泌物中均有B95病毒粒子的存在。同居感染试验表明,免疫后12、16天时两组鸡抗体水平基本相同。B95经不同途径免疫鸡,均能刺激机体产生良好的免疫应答,其中点眼和喷雾免疫效果最好。与Clone30、V4、LaSota疫苗相比较,B95免疫鸡HI抗体产生快、水平高、持续时间长。Heamagglutination tests were applied to de tect the virus in allantoic fluid of chick embryos which were infected by B95s train.The result shows that the virus might be detected from2days to11days after the chickens being vaccinated.The HI antibodies were measured by heamag glutination inhibition tests.There is no significant differ-ence between immu nized and control chickens which were feed in one case.Chickens were immunized with B95strain by different methods or with different Newcastle disease viru s by the same methods.It is demonstrated that eyedrop,drinking water,spray a nd muscle injection all can stimulate good effect,but eyedrop and spray seem t o be the best methods.B95immunized chickens have higher HI titers and it als o can last for a longer time than the others.
