摘 要:本试验旨在探讨日粮中添加大豆黄酮(Da)对初产蛋鸡生产性能及内分泌的影响。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组蛋鸡产蛋率和只日蛋重均显著增加,料蛋比显著下降;血清总钙水平和碱性磷酸酶活性有所提高,无机磷水平呈下降趋势;血清17β—雌二醇水平极显著提高,IGF—I含量降低。本次试验表明Da可通过内分泌途径,改变蛋鸡的内源激素水平及钙磷代谢,从而影响其生产性能。twenty -four -week -old layin g hens were randomized into3groups;basal diet,basal diet +3mg /kg daidzein, basal diet+6mg /kg daidzein.The blood samples were collected in the21st da y.Compared to control,the egg lay-ing performance of basal diet+daidzein gro up was improved;serum17a-estradiol level was significantly increased,where as IGF-I concentration was reduced.Serum total calcium level and alkaline pho sphatase activity was elevated slightly and phosphorus level was reduced.Result s indicate that daidzein could impact endocrine hormones level,calcium and phos -phorus metabolism,in turn,affect performance in laying hens.
