摘　　要：在介绍了化学消油剂的作用机理、发展历史及其优缺点的基础上 。Mechanism and developing history of chemical dispersants are introduced;advantage and shortcoming of chemical dispersants are analyzed;and some ideas about the use control and the development of chemical dispersants are presented.
