摘 要:采用固定化微生物分散悬浮的方法,进行了BOD微生物传感器及其检测方法的研究。该传感器响应大、测量范围广、稳定性好,测定BOD时,线性响应范围为0-500mg/L,线性相关系数达到0.99以上,且存在很好的重现性,响应时间在12min内。测定结果与BOD5标准方法具有良好的相关性,连续稳定地工作寿命在4个月以上。The BOD biosensor used a double-layered mem-brane has lots of problem, as low response, narrow measuring range, and poor stability. For solving these problems, the method of BOD biosensor by suspending gel beads has been developed, which has high re-sponse, wide measuring range and fine stability. By using the sensor, a linear range was obtained up to 500mg/L BOD, its linear coefficient correlation was more than 0.99, and the response time was 12min. The sensor has a good repeatability. The output of the sensor was constant for over 4 months, and it has well interrelated to which determined by using conven-tional BOD5 analysis method.
