摘　　要：给出了绿色经济与绿色GNP的科学内涵 ,论述了其演进过程 ,提出了构建绿色经济体系的主要对策 ,其中包括 :调整产业结构的力度要不断加强 ,绿色技术和清洁生产工艺的应用与推广 ,推进清洁生产和ISO14 0 0 0认证 。The scientific inclusion of green ecology and green GNP was given,their evolution elaborated,and the main countermeasures to construct green economy system proposed.The countermeasures include:continuously strengthening the intensity of industrial restructuring,applying and promoting green technologies and cleaner production processes,promoting cleaner production and ISO 14000 certification,and performing studies on theoretical and practical issues to adapt to green revoltuion.
