摘　　要：用矩阵方法分析了电光调制在前、磁光调制在后的组合光调制 ,得出了能利用这种组合光调制对电能实现光测结论 。We analysed the combination optical modulation of electric-optical modulation before megneto-optical modulation with matrix method,educed the conclusion that we can measure electric enegry with optical method based on this kind combulation optical modulation,deviced a new kind kilowatt-hour meter based on this kind of combination of optical modulation.
