摘　　要：介绍了中国自己提出的第三代移动通信标准 TD- SCDMA,描述了该系统基于软件无线电的 DSP硬件平台 ,具体介绍了在该平台上数字基带信号处理的过程与实现。利用 TI DSP的强大功能将传统意义上由硬件来完成的功能尽可能多用软件来完成 ,可使系统的灵活性和可靠性得到较大的提高。This paper introduces TD-SCDMA, the third generation mobile communication standard proposed by China, then describes the hardware platform based on the software radio in TD-SCDMA user terminal and presents in detail the process and realization of the digital baseband signal processing technology on this DSP-based hardware platform. Taking advantage of the powerful function of TI and DSP, the traditional task completed by hardware is now performed by software, enabling the system to heighten ists flexibility and reliability.
