摘　　要：论述了 CMISE和 FTAM相结合的技术 ,将交换机上生成的未采集文件无重复、无丢失地拷贝到直采机上 ,同时把已成功采集的文件删掉或改变其状态 ,然后通过网络传输到联机计费平台的文件服务器上进行实时分拣 ,开发了一个电信本地网计费数据联机实时采集系统。该系统提供一种实时监测的手段 ,及时反映采集错误和机器状态的基本情况 ,能确保系统运行的安全、稳定。By adopting techniques of CMIS and FTAM, the files not stored will be copied with no repetition and loss from switching computer to collecting computer. The files collected successfully will be deleted or changed in state. Then they will be transmitted to the file server of dealing platform online in order to be selected immediately. The method of monitoring mistake in collecting and the state in computer can be used to insure the system running safely and stably.
