摘 要:卫星的正常运行和应用依赖于在轨卫星星上时间与地面时钟的精确同步 ,星地时间的精确同步是通过地面测控系统对星上时间进行校正实现的。精确确定星地时差是确保时间校正正确性和准确性的关键。分析了卫星星上时间码产生的原理和结构 ,提出了精确计算星地时差的模型。The normal operation and applications of a satellite depend on the accurate synchronization of the satellite clock and ground clock. In order to keep the time of the satellite clock accurately, it is critical to precisely determine the time difference between the satellite clock and ground clock by correcting the satellite clock time. In this paper, the principle and mechanism of the onboard time generation are analyzed, and the methods that are used for calculating the time difference between the satellite clock and ground clock and for handling the leap seconds are also presented.
