摘　　要：目的:探讨特发性甲状旁腺功能减退症的头颅CT表现。材料和方法:应用头颅CT扫描,回顾性分析了5例特发性甲状旁腺功能减退症患者的颅内CT表现及相关文献复习。结果:CT表现主要为两侧基底节、丘脑、齿状核及皮层下、皮髓质交界处对称性或不对称性钙化。结论:特发性甲状旁腺功能减退症的CT表现有一定的特征性,诊断需结合血清钙磷及甲状旁腺素的测定。Objective:To evaluate CT manifestations in the brain of idiopathic hypoparathyroidism.Ma terials and Meth-ods:Intracranial CT manifestations of idiopathic hypoparathyroidism in five cases were analysed and relative literatures were reviewed.Results:It shows bilaterally symmetrical and asymmetrical calcification in the basal ganglion,thalamus,dentate nuclei and the junction of cortical and subcortical area.Conclusion:There are certain characteristic CT manifestation of idiopathic hy-poparathyroidism,its diagnosis must be connected with quantitative serum Ca,P and PTH.
