摘 要:目的 :探讨计算机在放射治疗中的最佳摆位技术 ,提高放射治疗的效果。方法 :在等中心摆位技术基础上 ,根据直线加速器治疗床的水平纵向、横向、垂直上下移动时计算机提供实时移床的精确数据 ,使每次照射两相邻野中心距离不变 ;对“T”形面罩的开放区或人体曲面部位 ,将虚野勾画在易对位部位 ,通过移床计算机提供的数据即可精确对位照射。结果 :86例患者经计算机数字显示摆位技术照射 ,经模拟定位片和治疗体位片对照 ,重复摆位误差≤ (2 .6± 1.4)mm。结论 :计算机数字显示摆位技术提高了摆位精确性 ,为有效的放射治疗提供了质量保证。Objective:To probe the best replacement technique by digital display of computer for regular radiotherapy.Methods:On the basis of isocenter replacement technique, digital display replacement technique can provide a constant distance of two neighboring field centers by using the computer-provided precise real-time couch shifting data,which respond to line couchs in horizontal,longitudinal, transverse and vertical shifting directions.In the T masks open area or bodys curvy part, the precise radiography can be obtained by outlining an virtual field on a place that is easily positioned and by the computer-provided couch shifting data.Results:An accurate position for radiotherapy can be gained by comparing with the films of simulation and irradiation. We foud that the field replacement repetition errors was less than (2.6±1.4) mm in 86 patients who used digital display replacement technique.Conclusion:The replacement technique of computer digital display improved accuracy of replacement .The quality assurance of effective radiotherapy can be obtained.
