中粳型光敏感核不育31005S的育性研究

摘  要:1989年7月下旬至8月上旬的异常低温对8 月中旬前后抽穗的NPGMR的育性产生了不同程度的影响。利用这种自然长日照低温条件,对同期抽穗的31005S、W7415S,农垦58S等5个类型不育系的育性进行了鉴定。新育成的中粳型光放系31005S539株不育株率100%,147株套袋自交小穗不育度达99.99%,花粉败育率为99.02%,与晚粳型的原始农垦58S相当。因此初步认为31005S具有育性表达对低温反应不敏感的特点。由于其在短日照季节割蔸再生的自然结实率可达33.12%,表明其育性转换明显。The fertility of Hubei photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile lines in rice (HPGMR ) which headed in middle August was influenced differently by the abnormal lower temperature in central China in the midsummer of 1989. Under such an unusual climatic condition (long light duration and lower temperature ) the fertility of 5 HPGMR lines such as 31005S, Nongkeng 58S. etc. was identified.In the test the percentage of sterile plants among 539 plants of 31005S-a newly bred japonica HPGMR line with medium growth duration was 100%, the seed set fate of bagged heads in its 141 planets was less than 0.01 percent and the percentage of aborted pollens was 99.02% which was similar to that (99.01%) of the original Nongkeng 58S. Hence, it is considered that 31005S is insensitive to low temperature in expression of its sterility. The natural seed set rate of ratooning 31005S in the short day season may reach 33.12%, indicating that its fertility transformation is apparent.
