摘　　要：《2 0 0 0年世界卫生报告》将反应性作为评价卫生系统绩效的三大主要目标之一。文章利用WHO的关键知情人调查 (KIS)问卷首次对上海市卫生系统的反应性进行了初步的测量 ,并对KIS的测量、评价方法进行了初步的探讨。In 2000 World Health Report, the responsiveness was regarded as one of the three main objectives to measure and monitor the performances of health system. This paper assessed the responsiveness of health system in Shanghai by using key informant survey (KIS) questionnaire and discussed briefly the measurement and evaluation of the responsiveness.
