摘　　要：根据电晕处理机具有的串联谐振负载的特点,提出了一种基于锁相环的闭环控制电路,以实现单相电压型串联振逆变电路的负载频率自动跟踪,实验证明了该方法简单可靠.According to the characteristic of the series resonant load of the discharge processor, a closed-loop-control circuit based on the phase-lock-loop is proposed in this paper, which can traced the load frequency in the single-phase voltage resource series resonant inverter. The experimental result has confirmed that the method is much easy and reliable to implement.
