摘　　要：木薯是重要的工业原料和可再生的生物能源,其深加工开发前景广阔。引进和选育木薯新品种、科学种植、引进外资加大综合利用力度,是木薯业的发展方向。推进木薯业的经济增长,要依靠科技进步和按市场经济规律办事,在开发木薯加工业的同时,注意维护生态平衡,以实现可持续发展。Cassava is an important industrial raw material and a regenerative bio -energy re source.Its deep processing development is prospective.Intro duction and selection of new cassava varieties,scientific planting,intro duction of foreign capital and comprehensive uti lization are the develop ment ways for Chinese cassava industry.Development of Chinese cassava in dustry must depend on techno -scientific advancement and comply with the market eco nomic law.At tention must be paid to ecological balance in the development of cassava pro cessing in dustry so that sustainable development will be realized.
