摘　　要：从政府办公的特点出发,结合为某政府部门构建的ＯＡ系统,对政府办公自动化进行了分析,对如何规划、设计政府办公自动化系统作了详尽的介绍,同时给出了利用Lotus Domino/Notes构建政府办公自动化系统的方法。In this paper, the feature of government office is pointed out first. Combine with the realization experience of some government office automatic system, a detail introduce is given on how to plan and design a government office automatic system. In the end, the system implementation based on domain/notes is described.
