摘　　要：目的 :探讨电视胸腔镜手术的适应证、手术要点、并发症的防治等。方法 :开展 15 7例电视胸腔镜及胸腔镜辅助小切口手术 ,病种、术式数十种。结果 :全组无手术死亡 ,临床效果满意。发生并发症 12例。结论 :合理使用小切口 ,便于胸腔镜手术推广。Objective:To explore the indications,operation technique of video assisted thoracic surgery(VATS) and the prevention and treatment of its complications.Methods:From December 1995 to June 2000,157 patients with chest diseases were performed VATS and video assisted minichoractomy(VAMT) in our hospital.Results:There were no hospital deaths,complication occured in 12 cases.All patients recovered well.Conclusions:The indications of VATS can be expanded with the accumulation of experience and improvement of technique.VAMT is a valuable supplement of VATS.
