摘　　要：描述了基于网络监听技术信息转换系统的设计与实现。此系统具有数据包捕获信息过滤和消息转发等多项功能,能很好地满足综合网管收集信息的要求,已被成功用于电力通信网管理系统中。The design and implementation of the TMN information transformation system based on network monitoring are described in this paper. The system functions, including packets captured, information filtered and message transmission, satisfy the needs of the integration network management. It has been successfully used in the telecommunication network for electric power.
