内窥镜下半导体激光治疗声带息肉与小结

摘　　要：目的探讨经内窥镜半导体激光治疗声带息肉与小结的效果。　方法使用GaA1As半导体激光治疗器在内窥镜下对 15例患者进行汽化治疗。　结果所有病例均一次治疗成功 ,术后即有不同程度的声嘶改善 ,一周后基本恢复正常 ,一月后发音完全正常 ,声带边缘光滑 ,两侧对称 ,随访 3年无复发。　结论内窥镜下半导体激光手术方法简便 ,治疗效果可靠 ,且损伤小 ,并发症少 ,是治疗声带息肉与小结及其它喉部微小病变的较好手段。Objective To study the therapeutice officiency of polyps and nodules of the vocal cord with diode laser and endoscopy and to evaluate application. Methods Fifteen patients suffering from these lesions were treated with diode laser (DIOMED GaA1As laser instrument)through endoscopy (OLYMPUS CEL-10). Results All patients were treated once with success.After surgery,they had immediate regress of voical hoarseness.One month later,these patients had smooth and symmetric vocal cords and good voice.In 3-year follow-up,there was no recurrence. Conclusion Diode laser endoscopy surgery may have satisfactory therapeutic result.It is a simple procedure with little small injury and scanty complication.It is a good method for treating vocal cords polyps and nodules and other small lesions in the larynx.
