丹参提取液在精液体外处理中的作用研究

摘　　要：在精液体外处理中 ,加入丹参提取液 ,能有效的增加精子的活力 ,提高精子质量。与对照组比较 ,经统计学处理P <0 0 1,有显著性差异。提示丹参提取液在精液体外处理中 ,能有效的增加精子的活力 ,提高精子质量。While in sperm culture in vitro,the solution of salia mltiorrhiza extractant could increase the activity and quality of the sperm.Comparing with the control group,the results were different significantly statistically(P<0.01).This test indicated that salia miltiorrhiza extractant could increase the activity and quality of the sperm in vitro.
