光照强度对海带配子体克隆生长的影响

摘　　要：本试验研究了在充气悬浮培养及静置培养条件下 ,不同光照强度对海带配子体克隆生长的影响。结果表明 :在 4 5 0 0lx光照强度、充气悬浮培养条件下 。Experiments of various light intensity were conducted to compare the effect on growth of Laminaria gametophytic clone in the condition of suspending culture and stilling culture. It is shown that the gametophytic clone has much higher instantaneous growth rate in suspending culture of 4500 lux light intensities.
