摘　　要：综述了转Bt基因棉的检测和抗虫性鉴定的研究概况 ,分别从外源Bt基因的检测、Bt毒蛋白的检测、标记基因的检测和抗虫性的鉴定 4个方面进行了探讨 。In the paper, the current progress on the testing and identification of resistance to cotton boll worm of Bt transgenic cotton was reviewed. The four parts of testing of Bt gene, of Bt insecticidal protein, of marker gene and identification of the resistance to cotton boll worm were discussed respectively. Some new points to be probed were proposed.
