速大肥对断乳仔猪生产性能及肠道菌群的影响

摘　　要：在断乳仔猪日粮中添加 2 0g/t速大肥 ,研究速大肥对断乳仔猪的生长和肠道菌群的影响 ,结果表明 :与对照组相比 ,试验组日增重提高 16.0 5 % (P <0 .0 1) ,饲料利用率提高 11.98% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;日粮中添加速大肥的仔猪肠道中革兰氏阳性菌的数值低于对照组 ,尤其是梭菌和葡萄球菌的数值显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而革兰氏阴性菌的数值无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。The experiment in adding 20 g/t Stafac to the pig starter diet was to study how Stafac influenced the growth of weanling pigs and their intestinal icroflora. The results showed that, compared with the contrast group, the treatment increased 16.05% ( P <0.01) in weight; the utilization ration of feed increased 11.98%( P <0.05); the amount of gram-positive bacteria was less in the guts of the treatment than that of the contrast group; especially, the amount of clostridium and staphylococm reduced obviously ( P <0.05), while the amount of gram-negative bacteria had no significant change( P >0.05).
