摘　　要：通过XRD、TG -DTA、SEM及材料的物理力学性能等试验 ,较系统地研究了高掺量粉煤灰烧结砖煅烧过程。在此基础上提出了高掺量粉煤灰烧结砖烧结过程的模型 ,探讨了烧结机理 :烧结初期以固相表面扩散传质为主 ,烧结中后期以少量液相作用下的颗粒重排和塑性流动传质为主。The firing process for fly ash sintered brick with high additives has been systematically studied through tests of XRD, TG-DTA, SEM and physical mechanical properties for material. The model of firing process for the brick has been put forward on the above basis. The sintering mechanism has been discussed: solid phase surface diffusion transferred medium as dominant at earily sintering stage while particles rearrangement and plastic flow transferred medium as dominant under action of few liquid phase at middle and later stages.
