摘 要:利用硅酸盐水泥和矿渣、粉煤灰及硅灰等混合材 ,采用预制气泡后混合的方法制备出高性能泡沫混凝土。当水泥的用量为280~650kg/m3,粉煤灰为42~97kg/m3,矿渣为64~146kg/m3,硅灰为34~78kg/m3,砂为0~920kg/m3 时制成的泡沫水泥混凝土的相应密度为430~1500kg/m3,导热系数为0.16~0.75W/(m·℃) ,抗压强度为1.1~23.7MPa。控制干燥密度1500kg/m3,选择适当的配合比并且添加适量超塑化剂 ,泡沫混凝土的抗压强度可达44.1MPa。用本方法制备的泡沫混凝土 ,由于新拌浆体具有极好的流动性 ,混凝土浇筑时无需机械振动捣实 ,特别适用于大体积现场浇筑工程和地下不规则空间的混凝土填充浇筑 ,也可以在工厂预制成砖块、砌块、墙板等建筑构件。The titled foamed concrete with high performance has been developed from Portland cement, pulverized blast-furnace slag, fly ash and silica fume using pre-foaming process. The resultant foamed concrete represents its thermal conductivity of about 0.16~0.75 W/(m·℃) and its compressive strength of about 1.1~23.7 MPa when its raw material consumption is cement from 280 ~650 kg/m3, fly ash 42~97 kg/m3, slag 64~146 kg/m3, silica fume 34~78 kg/m3 and sand 0~920 kg/m3. The compressive strength of the foamed concrete with dry bulk density of 1500 kg/m3 and with the appropriate raw material proportion and with the addition of small amount of superplasticizer reached as high as 44.1 MPa. At the same time the fresh foamed concrete mortar behaves an excellent flow-ability, therefore is especially suitable for the application in case of massive foamed concrete site casting and in the case of filling casting into underground irregular void, besides the pre-casting for manufacturing building components like blocks, bricks and wall panels.
