褶合光谱法测定肌苷口服液中的肌苷含量

摘　　要：建立了褶合光谱法测定肌苷口服液中肌苷含量的方法。方法的线性范围为6.00～14.00μg/mL,线性回归方程为Q_j=0.004233c-0.002597,相关系数r=0.99999,平均回收率为99.99％,RSD为0.20％。t检验结果证明,该方法与吸光系数法之间无显著性差异。该方法简便、快速,用于实际样品分析,结果准确、可靠。A method for the determination of inosine content in inosine oral liquid by convolution spectrometry was set up. The linear range of this method is 6.00 - 14.00 μg/mL, the regression equation is Qj =0. 004233c -0. 002597, the correlative coefficient is r = 0. 99999, the average recovery is 99.99% , the RSD is 0.20%. It was proved by t - test that there is no remarkable difference between this method and the absorption coefficient method. This method is simple, convenient and rapid. Applying in the sample determination, the result is accurate and reliable.
