摘　　要：本文利用钴 ( ) -聚乙烯醇 -亚硝基 R盐 -硫酸铵体系的析相光度法测定钴 ( ) ,最适宜的酸度为p H5 .0 (Na Ac- HAc)缓冲溶液 ,其络合物的最大吸收位于 4 18nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 3.5 6× 10 4 L·mol-1·cm-1,钴的浓度在 0— 2 0 μg/m L范围内符合比耳定律。本法用于合成样品中微量钴的测定。结果令人满意。In polyvinyl alcohol-nitroso R salt-ammonia sulfate system, the sepectrophotometric determination of cobalt with non-organic solvent was studied. The complex was extracted by polyvinyl alcohol phase from the water solutions of pH 5.0 (NaAc-HAc). The maximum absorption of the complex is at 418nm and the molar absorptirity is 3.56×10 4L·mol -1·cm -1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-20μg/5mL Co(Ⅱ). The proposed method has been applied to the determination of cobalt in the synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
