摘 要:在酸性介质中 ,亚硝酸盐氧化亚铁氰化钾为铁氰化钾 ,利用尿酸 铁氰化钾 鲁米诺化学发光体系 ,建立了一种间接测定亚硝酸盐的新方法。讨论了酸度、反应物浓度、干扰离子等因素的影响。方法的检出限为0 .0 5 μg L ,对样品进行了平行测定 (n =1 1 ) ,其相对标准偏差为 1 .8%~ 3.2 % ,线性范围为 0 .0 0 1~ 1 0mg L。方法简便 ,易于操作 ,并具有较高的灵敏度和选择性。用于环境水样及食品中亚硝酸盐的测定 ,回收率为95 7%~ 1 0 5 .8% 。In acidic medium that NO - 2 can oxidize 4- to 3-, based on the uric- 3--luminol chemiluminescence system, the new method for the determination of nitrite was developed. The effect of the concentration of reactionsubstances, acidity, interfering ions etc. on the analytical results was studied. Under optimal conditions, the linear range for the determination of NO - 2 was 1.0×10 -9~1.0×10 -5 g/mL and the detection limit was 5.0×10 -11 g/mL, the relative standard deviation for the determination of samples (n=11) was 1.8%~3.2%. The method is simple, convenience, sensitive and selective. The recovery was between 95 7%~105.8%. It was applied to determination of trace nitrite in water and food samples with satisfactory results.
