血流变对不育患者的初探——对20例阳痿患者血流变的初步观察

摘　　要：目的 :比较 2 0例阳痿患者与正常成年男性的血流变 ,探讨阳痿患者不育的原因是否与血流变的异常有关。方法 :用多功能血液粘度测定仪测定不孕患者静脉血的血液粘度。结果 :红细胞电泳和纤维蛋白原有显著性差异 ,其余各项指标均无统计学意义 ,但与对照组相比有增高的趋势。结论 :血流变监测对阳痿患者患病严重程度及预后的评价有一定意义。Viewing blood flow change of 20 impotent patients and contrasting with that of normal adult male, the electrophoresis of RBC and fibrinogen have obvious different, and other guide lines have no statistical significance, but contrasting with the control group, they have rising tendency. The article probed that the reason of the impotent patients who can't generate may be concerns with abnormality of blood flow change. It suggested that blood flow change be a guide line to value the sick degree and cure of impotent patients.
