高效液相色谱法测定大承气颗粒剂中辛弗林的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立大承气颗粒剂中辛弗林含量的高效液相色谱 (HPL C)测定方法。方法 :采用 E.MerckL i Chrospher 10 0 RP- 18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (含 0 .18%磷酸 ,0 .2 2 %十二烷基硫酸钠 ) (5 5∶ 4 5 ) ,在 2 74nm波长处检测。结果 :辛弗林在 0 .14～ 1.5 4μg范围内呈线性关系 ,r=0 .9998;平均加样回收率为98.1% ,RSD=2 .1% (n=5 )。结论 :该方法结果准确 ,重现性好 。Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of synephrine in Dachengqi Granules. Methods: A E. Merck LiChrospher 100RP-18 column was used. The moile phase was methanol-water (contained 0.18% H 3PO 4 and 0.22% C 12H 25SO 4Na)(55∶45). The detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results: The linear range of synephrine was 0.14 μg～1.54 μg,r=0.999 8. The average recovery was 98.1%, RSD=2.1%(n=5). Conclusion: The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. This method can be used for the determination of synephrine in Dachengqi Granules.
