经硬通道外引流治疗老年慢性硬膜下血肿——附120例报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)的简便、有效的外科治疗方法。方法:根据头颅CT定位,选择血肿最大层面及血肿中心,经皮向血肿腔置入硬通道,反复冲洗,持续外引流。结果:治疗老年CSDH患者120例(年龄≥60)痊愈116例,好转4例。血肿清除率98.3％,治愈率96.67％,随访1年中有4例复发,经再次手术治愈出院。结论:经硬通道外引流是治疗老年CSDH的一种简便、安全有效的方法。Objective: To find the effective and convenient treatment of the senile chronic subdural hematomas. Methods: Adopted CT localization technique, we choose the center of hemorrhage, implanting the hard passage into the cavitas of the CSDH, repetitious irrigating and remain drainage.Results: 120 cases senile CSDH were treated, 116 cases were completely cured, 4 cases were improved. Trie ratio of eliminable hemorrhage is 98.3% ,curative ratio is 96.67% ,4 cases were recurred during one year's follow-up and were cured after secondary operation. Conclusion:It is an convenient and safty method to treat the senile patients with CSDH.
