摘　　要：功能收入分配是以生产要素为主体的分配 ,它反映出应以要素贡献的大小来分配生产成果 ,合理的要素价格是生产资源合理配置的前提条件之一。文中通过对要素收入的界定 ,来反映劳动报酬对功能收入分配的影响 ,通过研究功能收入分配 ,对于建立社会主义市场经济下的收入分配体制提供参考价值。Function income distribution is on the busis of production fuctors and it is one reflected by how much one makes contribution to fuctors. Reasonable fuctor price is one of the conditions to coodinate production resources. Defining factor income, this paper points out how resident labour income affects function income distributien. The analysis provides some important reference value in order to establish income distribution under the socialist marketing economic sysfem.
