恒星光干涉仪中主动镜的研究

摘　　要：主动镜是恒星光干涉仪中的关键部件之一。介绍了主动镜在干涉仪主动镜系统中的作用和主动镜的结构。给出了用光电法设计的用来测试主动镜动程、分辨率和频率响应特性的两套系统。对所研制的主动镜的性能进行了实测并给出了测试结果。实测结果表明 ,主动镜两个轴上的转角行程和分辨率均方根值完全达到了设计指标。Active mirror is one of the key parts in the stellar interferometer. The active mirror's function on the active mirror system in the stellar interferometer and its structure is introduced. Two sets of measurement system are given with opto -electronic method to measure the tip-tilt mirror's movement range, resolution and frequency response character. The real measurement result for active mirror is given.
