摘 要:给出了准双曲面齿轮轮齿加载接触分析的数学模型和加载接触分析的求解方法 ,计算了高齿准双曲面齿轮和普通齿准双曲面齿轮副的加载接触过程 ,对比了两种齿轮在不同工况和安装误差条件下的齿面印痕、齿面载荷分布、齿间载荷分配和承载传动误差 ,证明了高齿准双曲面齿轮副齿面载荷分布和齿间载荷分配合理 ,接触印痕受安装误差的影响较小 。For studying the meshing characteristics of hypoid gears with long tooth height, this paper presented a mathematial model of loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) for hypoid gears, and the counting process of LTCA has been given as well. Using LTCA method, the mesh quality of hypoid gear with long tooth height and general hypoid gear is analyzed, and two kinds of hypoid gear contact process under load is calculated. Under different working conditions, by comparing the contact patterns, the load distribution on tooth, the load allocation between teeth of the two gear and the loaded transmission errors, some good conclusions about hypoid gears with long tooth height are obtained, which include better load distribution on tooth and load allocation between the teeth, a lower effect of fix errors on the contact patterns, a higher strength and better meshing quality.
