摘　　要：1998年以来 ,江苏省推行了林业产权制度改革 ,在林业产权制度改革中 ,资金管理是一项非常重要的工作 ,省政府加强领导、合理征收 ,取得了可喜的成绩 ,但是也存在不少问题 ,原因在于政府文件本身的弊端和执行阶层的各种客观现实并缺乏有效的约束机制。针对以上情况 ,为优化林权改革中的资金管理 。A reform of forestry equity system is practicing in the province Jiangsu since 1998.The capital management is an important work in this reform.The government of province has acquired great achievement because of guiding responsibly and collecting the capital properly.It still has a lot of problems.The reasons perhaps are the disadvantages of government document itself,some objective realities,lack of restrictive system and so on.The paper refers some opinions about improving the capital management in the reform of forestry equity system.
