摘　　要：基于 Windows98平台用 Fortran语言开发而成的最新版本的天气图自动填、绘图软件 ,一改过去 DOS环境下的命令行操作方式 ,通过引入窗口、图标和菜单技术 ,不仅具有图文并茂的友好操作界面、灵活多样的人机接口方式 ,而且具有处理资料速度快 ,填绘图质量好 ,程序运行稳定可靠等优点。实践证明 。The lastest version of the software for automatically plotting and drafting weather chart has developed by using Fortran based on the Windows98 platform.As a result of introducing window,icon and menu techniques,it is characteristic of friendly graph and character operation interfaces,flexible and changeable man-machine interactions,faster processing of data,good quality of plotting and drafting,and high stability.Practice confirmed that the software satisfactorily meets the demand of meteorological observatories and stations.
