摘　　要：通过对河口采油厂油气集输生产工艺的分析研究 ,提出用阶梯式热化学沉降脱水工艺来代替电化学脱水工艺 ;开发研制了高效分水器 ,可实现原油预分水。现场应用效果良好 ,直接经济效益达 10 0By analyzing oil and gas gathering process in Hekou Oil Production Factory, the substitution of electrochemical dehydration with stepped thermal-chemical settling dehydration is presented. A high efficiency oil and gas separator is developed for water pro-separation in crude oil, of which better result is achieved in field application ,with economic profit as much as 10 million yuan RMB.
