摘 要:本文对Langmuir和Frumkin吸附等温式进行数学处理,获得了θ与1g(θ/(1-θ)C_o)的线性关系式.据此,对实验数据进行线性回归分析,直接确定电极表面吸附模式并得到相关参数.作者运用这个方法,分别确定了胆固醇分子在悬汞电极和氟哌醇分子在玻碳电极上的吸附模式,得出了相应的吸附等温式,求得了吸附自由能,方法简捷而准确.There is linear relationship between θ and lgθ/((1-θ)C0) from Langmuir and Frumkin adsorption isotherm. The method presented in the paper is simple and accurate. After the test data are processed by linear regression, the adsorption model on the surface of electrode is established directly and some relerant parameters are obtained. According to data of chronocoulometry and adsorptive stripping voltammetry, the adsorption isotherm and free enery of cholesterol at hanging mercury drop electrode and haloperidol at glassy carbon electrode are obtained
