摘　　要：对TIFF图象格式和Windows下的设备无关位图进行了详细分析,并用面向对象的方法给出TIFF图象码器的实现方法和编程要点。TIFF (Tag Image File Format )is a tag-based file format for storing and interchanging raster images. TIFF describes image data that typically conies from scanners,frame grabbers,and paint-and photo-retouching programs. In this article we construct a tool which can change the TIFF to DIB by OOA,every TIFF image file (Intel .under Win32)can be shown easily on the screen by using this tool.
