摘 要:氧化乐果用注射方法防治小钻杨上光肩星天牛成虫、幼虫,效果显著。根据光肩星天牛成虫取食小钻杨嫩枝树皮的特点,用气相色谱法测定了不同部位嫩枝树皮中氧化乐果的残留量。检测表明:注射后3d,氧化乐果即能到达上部各个部位的枝条上。不同部位氧化乐果输导快慢不一致,上部最快,中部次之,下部最慢,氧化乐果向生长旺盛的部位输导和积累。检测还表明:氧化乐果由木质部随树液向上输导后再转移到韧皮部而起杀虫作用。Injecting omethoate into the bark, a good result was obtained for the control of Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky) on Populus×xiaozhuanica W. Y. Hsu et Liang, The adult of Anoplophora glabripennis had a habit of nibbing at the bark of tender branches of Populus× xiaozhuanica. Accordingly, residual omethoate was determined in the bark at the different sections with gas chromatograph. The results showed that omethoate was found at the top of branches in three days after injection. Transport velocity was various at the different sections of the trees. The fastest was at the upper section, the second at the middle section and the slowest at the lower section. Omethoate was transported to the locations where the tree grew luxuriantly and was accumulated in there. The results also indicated that omethoate was transported to the xylem along with sap flows went upward and then transferred to the phloem as taking a pest-controlled effect.
