摘  要:为提高钛合金的耐腐蚀性能 ,在其表面用微等离子体氧化法生长一层陶瓷膜。经扫描电镜 (SEM)测试 ,发现在钛基体上生长了一层厚为 1 5 μm的均匀膜层 ;通过循环伏安和电偶电流法对有无膜层的钛合金进行测试 ,发现有陶瓷膜层的钛合金的耐腐蚀能力明显增强 。A layer of ceramic film is produced by micro plasma oxidation on the surface of Ti alloy in order to improve its corrosion resistant property. SEM is employed to characterize its cross section performance. It is observed that a layer of film with 15μm has been uniformly produced on the surface of Ti alloy. Using cyclic polarization and contact corrosion techniques, it is found that Ti alloy with ceramic film has more corrosion resistant and its corrosion for Cu is reduced when it contact with Cu, compared with substrate Ti alloy.
