摘　　要：多糖参与人体生理过程,其作用越来越受到人们的重视,本文成功地用水提法分离出仙人掌中的水溶性多糖,并对其作了初步研究。Due to the fact that polysaccharide takes part in the process of human physical functions.We pay more attention to it.The auther has dissolved successfully the water-soluable polysaccharide from cactuts by means of water-exlraction and thus make a primary study on it.
