褪黑素被动免疫对前列腺增生模型鼠生殖内分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨褪黑素 (Mlt)与前列腺增生模型鼠生殖内分泌的关系。方法 :按照一定的浓度梯度静脉注射Mlt抗血清 ,60d后采集模型鼠血清 ,用放射免疫测定法测定模型鼠的睾酮 (T)含量与促黄体素 (LH)含量。结果 :前列腺增生模型鼠组LH与T含量均低于对照组。结论 :Mlt与前列腺增生可能相关。Objective The aim of the experiment was to demonstrate the relationship between the antibodies of melatonin(Mlt) and endocrine of benign prostatic hyperplasia model rats.Method After 60?d of intravenous injection of antibodies of Mlt,the blood of benign prostatic hyperplasia model rats were collected and tested in RIA with testosterone (T) and luteinizing hormone (LH).Result The concentration of LH and T in benign prostatic hyperplasia model rat was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The antibodies of Mlt has some relationship with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
