摘　　要：胆囊收缩素 (CCK)是一种脑肠肽 ,作为胃肠激素和神经肽 ,其分布广泛 ,通过受体介导多种重要的生理功能。CCK受体激动剂与拮抗剂的研究深入 ,促进了人们对CCK生理功能的深入认识。CCK通过内分泌、旁分泌、神经分泌、自分泌等途径发挥生理作用。作者从CCK与胃肠运动、胰液分泌、胃酸分泌、胰腺生长的关系以及CCK作为肠抑胃素、饱因子6个方面综述CCK对消化功能的影响及其相关机制。Cholecystokinin(CCK) is a kind of enterogastrones. As gastrointestinal hormone and neuropeptide,CCK distributes broadly,mediates many important physiological function through receptor.With study development of CCK receptor antagonist and agonist,people have deep understanding about CCK's physiological function.CCK plays physiological roles through endocrine,paracrine,neurosection,autocrine pathway.This article review CCK's influence on digestive function and relevant mechanism according to six aspects:CCK act as enterogastrones,saturation factor,and relation between CCK and gastrointestinal motion,pancreatic secretion,gastric acid secretion,pancreas growth.
