复方丹参片治疗口腔粘膜扁平苔癣72例

摘　　要：目的　观察常规西药加复方丹参片治疗口腔粘膜扁平苔癣的疗效。方法　将 132例口腔粘膜扁平苔癣患者分为常规西药组 (A组 )和常规西药加复方丹参片组 (B组 ) ,观察 2组的疗效和复发情况。结果　 2组疗效无显著差异 ;降低复发率方面B组明显优于A组。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of the treatment of lichen planus of the oral mucosa with routine western medicines combined with Compound Danshen Tablet.METHOD 132 patients with lichen planus of the oral mucosa were divided into a group treated with routine western medicines (Group A) and a group treated with both routine western medicine and Compound Danshen Tablet (Group B). RESULT No marked difference between the two groups was detected in the therapeutic effect. Better effect of reducing the rate of recurrence was obtained in Group B.CONCLUSION Routine western medicines combined with Compound Danshen Tablet are effective in the treatment of lichen planus of the oral mucosa.
