腧穴组方对胃粘膜损伤大鼠胃粘膜保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨腧穴不同组方对急性胃粘膜损伤大鼠胃粘膜的保护作用。 方法 :以乙醇造成大鼠胃粘膜损伤后 ,动态观察针刺“足三里”不同组穴对胃粘膜损伤模型血清及胃粘膜组织中NO和ET含量的影响。结果 :NO/ET的平衡与胃粘膜的保护机制有关。电针“足三里”等穴对胃粘膜具有保护作用 ,尤以“足三里” +“内关” +“中脘”Purpose To study protective action of different point combinations on gastric mucosa in the rat of acute injury of gastric mucosa. Methods Effects of acupuncture of different combinations of Zusanli (ST 36) with other points on nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) contents in blood and gastric mucosa were dynamically investigated in the rat with injury of gastric mucosa induced by alcohol. Results No/ET ratio is related with protective mechanisms of gastric mucosa. Electroacupuncture at Zusanli (ST 36) and other points has protective action on gastric mucosa. Particularlly, Combination of Zusanli (ST 36), Neiguan (PC 6) and Zhongwan (CV 12) has the strongest protective action on gastric mucosa.
