哑门穴针刺深度的研究

摘　　要：目的 :取得哑门穴针刺深度的安全范围。方法 :取 112 0人MRI正中矢状位T1加权像 ,分别测量体表哑门穴至寰、枢椎椎间硬脊膜及体表哑门穴至枕骨大孔后缘与寰椎后弓上缘间的距离 ,并由计算机进行数据处理。结果 :得出哑门穴安全针刺深度为 :直刺时 ,男性 <5 1 0 5± 2 0 2mm(1 5 3± 0 0 6寸 ) ,女性 <4 1 94± 2 0 2mm (1 2 6± 0 0 6寸 ) ;向上斜刺时 ,男性 <4 7 39± 1 88mm(1 4 2± 0 0 6寸 ) ,女性 <39 37± 1 81mm (1 18± 0 0 5寸 )。Purpose To approach to safe range of needling Yamen (GV 15). Methods The distances from the body surface Yamen (GV 15) to dura mater of spinal cord of the atlas-axis space, and from the body surface Yamen (GV 15) to the part between posterior margin of great occipital foramen and the superior margin of arcus posterior atlantis were measured in the MRI median sigittal position T1 weighted image of 1120 persons, respectively, and the data attained were processed by computer. Results Safe depth of needling Yamen (GV 15) was as follows: When pependicular needling, less than 51.05±2.02 mm (1.53±0.06 cun) for males and less than 41.94±2.02 mm (1.26±0.06 cun) for females; when oblique needling, less than 47.39±1.88 mm (1.42±0.06 cun) for males and less than 39.37±1.81 mm (1.18±0.05 cun) for females.
