摘　　要：在新形势下 ,尽快建立和完善大学生毕业服务体系 ,已成为高校面临的一个十分重要而紧迫的现实问题。我们认为 ,这一体系主要应包括 :建立有效的毕业生指导服务中心 ;确立正确的就业指导理念 ;倡导服务为主的工作模式 ;主动培养毕业生就业市场 ,以及加快毕业生网络建设几方面的内容。Under the new situation, a very important and urgent problem for a university is to establish and complete the graduates' service system as soon as possible. This system should include the following several aspects: establish an effective graduates' guide service center; have a correct employment guide concept; advocate a work model centered on service; actively develop the graduates' employment market; construct a network for graduates.
