摘 要:本课题采用山羊研制抗小鹅瘟高免血清获得成功,抗体琼扩效价达1:8;雏鹅皮下注射血清 1 ml,经强毒攻击,保护率为 100%;在疫区内免疫接种 25000 余只雏鹅,调查了 394 只,成活率为 92.8%,而 103只未免疫的雏鹅,成活率仅 55.3%;血清对病鹅的洽愈率为 74.3%,证明山羊抗小鹅瘟血清安全、有效。Gosling plague is a disease which is of great threat to the goosekeeping industry. The immuno-potent serum against this disease was successfully prepared from the goat in this study. The serum was found to have a titer of 1 : 8 as evaluated with the antibody agar diffusion test. Subcutaneous vaccinaton of the goslings with 1 ml of the serum could provide 100% protection against the challenge with virulent strains. More than 25000 goslings in the epizootic areas were vaccinated and the survival rale was 92.8% in 394 goslings ( surveyed ) of the immunized group, while the survival rate was only 55.3% in 103 unvaccinated goslings. 74.3% of the diseased goslings recovered with the serum therapy. The results indicated that tne goat-der-ived serum was efficacious in the prevention and treatment of goslingsplague with safety for field use, and the goat could become the new animal source for the production of immuno-potent serum against gosling plague.
