摘  要:对预轧制变形的 142 0Al Li合金进行了电场时效处理 ,并研究了预轧制变形电场时效对Al Li合金力学性能的影响 ,利用透射电镜观察和分析了合金的显微组织。试验结果表明 ,经预轧制变形的 142 0Al Li合金在时效时 ,随时效时间的延长或提高时效温度 ,使δ′析出相尺寸增大 ;随预轧制变形量的增加 ,合金中位错密度提高 ,但预轧制对析出的δ′相数量及尺寸没有明显的影响 ;预轧制变形电场时效可以显著提高合金的强度 。A treatment of aging in electric field has been carried out on the pre-rolling deformed 1420Al-Li alloy. The effects of pre-rolling deformation and aging in electric field on the mechanical properties of 1420Al-Li alloy were studied, and the microstructures were observed and analyzed by using the transmission electron microscope. The testing results showed that, during the treatment of aging in electric field for the pre-rolling deformed 1420Al-Li alloy, the size of the δ ′ precipitated phase was increased with extending aging time or elevating aging temperature. Analyses indicated that, the dislocation density was increased with increasing pro-rolling deformation amount, but the pre-rolling had little effects on the amount and size of the δ ′ precipitated phase. The study showed that the pre-rolling deformation and aging in electric field resulted in an increase in the strength of the alloy. An optimal combination of the strength and ductility can be obtained by proper deformation amount and aging process in electric field.
